Our second sponsor and letters

This is our second sponsor from nicaragua called Jostin who is adorable but his details havnt arrived yet but he stayed in my mind  so it was final he was our choice . I hope to update you on our letters  and possible drawings . I have already written to Madina so im awaiting response although im aware it takes a long time. Im so overjoyed  I have opened my heart to god and pray for the children to stay in safe hands and to protect there familys as they go there day to day. Here whilst i rest on my sofa or in bed with my illness it gives me hope that one day will be a big adventure to see them and encouragement to get well :-)
Well i dont know if many people are like me or worse but once you have sponsored one you feel compelled to sponsor more so with some persuassion i asked my husband if we could sponsor a little boy called jostin who is four years old from nicaragua

Little Madina
I have many inspirational people out there for the love and passion they put into helping others in plight . Inspirations of mine are Emma thompson and all the work she has done in africa ...The Green children for there magical video set in bangladesh and the help they give to others. Aung sang sui kyi my biggest inspiration for bravery and all her work done in burma and the bravery she has given to help others. Music inspires my mood to write and the music i listen to helps me to think. My chronic fatigue syndrome locks of my concentration But people like The Green people , We were Evergreen  and Brooke Sharkey, Lleddra chapman big thumbs up to them for helping with my concetration and helping to write whilst listening to there amazing music. It is there music which propels me whilst i write my blog . So do listen any of my followers and and please you tube or google these people.
After looking through all these pictures you want to be able to sponsor all the children but you know in your heart of hearts that it isnt possible. So as luck would have it my daughter decided to sponsor a little boy from Uganda . He is four and a real little chap , bless him and his name is Ivan  . She has her package now and i have mine . So we have little chats about our sponsored little children and both await a letter or a picture we can talk about them with each other.

Loooking at all the photos of sponsored children around the world

So really back to the beginning i looked through all the photos and was looking for a little boy or girl in a malaria stricken area due to the influence of the film by producer Richard curtis (mary and martha ).
As i gazed through the array of images it was as though one picture stood out . So there was my sponsor Madina aged 6 . I spoke to the advisors of compassion who were fantastic in there help immediateley i had chosen and before my hubby new he was sponsoring with me a little girl. Compassion were kind enough to email me her details as she flashed of the screen as made my payment. I felt joyful as im at home always struggling with chronic fatigue syndrome and a type of seizure and functional dystonia and two types of sleep disorder , where im affected with disabling affects . Although i have Three wonderful girls and a wonderful son  and grandchildren i felt as though i could help one child. Her little face in her picture was so cute i couldnt resist , she had the most beautiful braided hair.

My inspiration to do this blog was following from today http://www.bloggingfromtheboonies.com

I had first heard of compassion some years ago but was going to sponsor but unfortunateley i was unable to do it. Now i have full commitment and after watching a film called Mary and Martha and looking at the plight of malaria and how many children loose their lives to this disease. The film struck a huge cord in what i could do to make someones life different. I know i cant heal the world but maybe i could change the life of one person or 2 even.
please look into your heart and see if you could sponsor a child

I'm happy to say I've become a supporter of compassion

It stated when I looked at all the children on both compassion uk and compassion international . I couldn't help but sponsor a child . The plight  I new happened in many countries but the more i watched on you tube about poverty opened my mind and my heart . It broke my heart ...I watched the smiles  on sponsors faces and childrens faces when they met ...it melted my heart . My battery on my iPad is going I will fill in on the next part
